Conclusion

So... that's that.  There goes my last ELI ever.  I have to admit that is a VERY depressing thought.  ELIs are what helped me decide what I wanted to do with the rest of my life... and this one was so much fun.  Looking back on it I'd have to say that my favorite part was taking pies in for my ELI class each week.  It's amazing how much a little piece of pie can cheer someone up.  This ELI wasn't just about the pie though...  The history and chemistry parts were really fun also!!!

The people who actually helped me buy all the ingredients for the fillings and were there when I was freaking out at 8:00 on a Monday night because the oven wouldn't turn on for me to bake my pie.
